Two days left: last moment kittchen preperation

Folks,
we are sitting here in kittchen in Berlin/Pankow and we start to plan stuff. Here some impressions. But read on -- there are still important informations later.
Where to find a place to sleep and where to meet at Saturday at 10:30h
We have a bed for everyone in Berlin. 1000 Thanks to all our friend who help us with places and beds. To find a bed, you should come to our place in Berlin/Pankow (Damerowstraße 66, 13187 Berlin, Metro/S-Bahn “Pankow”.
Remember that our nice, WHITE HOUSE [picture on the left] ] is the first one in Damerowstraße directly at a crossing with a traffc light. Attention, the entrance is on the other side at tram stration called “Stiftsweg” -- then we will tell you where to sleep.
Be here as well at Saturday 10:30 o’clock (in time) to go together to wedding in Wandlitz (Prenzlauer Chaussee 157, 16348 Wandlitz).
In our camp also everybody can sleep somehow (if all boys+girlz sleep together in one bed) and it looks like we have enough places in cars too to get there. Unfortunately weather forecast is not so great for lake 
Never mind!
But there are some important things not to forget:
_ warm, outside, relaxing clothes
_ sleeping bags, camping/iso mat, towel
_ tooth brush
_ swimming clothes??
_ our telefone numbers (Tom +49 163 8657404, Anna +49 178 1426627)
_ a GOOD GAME idea (for about 60 people)
Sorry now we have to go to bed, because we have to look pretty and relaxed on Saturday.

You guys are the best! The draft schedule……. sounds like I am going to a conference with EYP, but I know this will be the funniest and most amazing one.
Letizia will buy tomorrow the plane tickets for both of us and we will let you know when we arrive and leave Berlin afterwards.
Is there the dress code stuff going on or I can come with some pretty woman dress?
